Your customers are your customers.
We do not approach an installer’s customers directly to sell them anything, and we do not use work you bring us as a route to a relationship that cuts you out. If one of your customers contacts us of their own accord about something outside the monitoring, we will tell you.
We say this first because it is the thing every installer is actually worried about, and because a partnership that needs it left unsaid is not worth having.

- CCTV, fire, intruder and process signals monitored from our control centre. Through a partnership with an SSAIB registered installer we can arrange monitoring for just about any signal format, so an unusual panel is rarely the obstacle it first appears to be.
- Response you can resell
- Keyholding and alarm response from our own teams across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, London and Wales, and through a multinational partner where our own response would not meet the service level agreed.
- Written arrangements per site
- Your customer gets the same site profile, escalation ladder and tested go-live as a direct customer. You are not handing them to somebody who will treat them as a line on a schedule.
- An audited information security system
- ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, and ICO registration as a data controller. If your customer asks you where their footage and keyholder details sit, there is a real answer.
How it works in practice
You install and maintain; we watch and respond. Signals are tested end to end with you before anything goes live, and we brief our operators on the site rather than treating it as another connection. Where something needs an engineer rather than a response officer — a recurring fault, a panel problem, a camera that has moved — it comes back to you, not to a competitor.
Requoting and handover
Fire and security work previously quoted under Sensor-Link Technologies Ltd is now handled by Echelon directly, including requoting of jobs issued under the previous owner. If you are picking up a site in that position, we can tell you what was originally specified.
